Description

The Office Manager / Bookkeeper (Remote) will oversee day-to-day office operations and financial record-keeping for a large team of 15+ people. This role combines office administration with comprehensive bookkeeping to support financial accuracy and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, coordinate communication, and lead cross-functional projects while ensuring timely payroll processing and budget tracking using popular accounting software.

Responsibilities

Manage office operations and administrative tasks for a large team
Perform bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable
